FitzRoy Supported Living service in Huntingdon provides care and support for 5 male residents with learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for exceptional support workers to join our friendly team.
Who you’ll be supporting: We support people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries or mental health support needs. Many also have physical impairments or other health issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individually tailored care and support to residents.
- Work with residents to identify and achieve their goals, enabling choice and control.
- Carry out everyday tasks such as personal care, and take part in a range of activities.
Job details:
- Full‑time and part‑time hours available.
- Rates £12.00 per hour with a 10% weekend enhancement.
- Overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
- A full‑time position requires 2 sleeping nights per month (£50 per night).
- A manual driving licence is essential.
