We are seeking exceptional new Support Workers who share our values to join our friendly team. Requirements
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential for some roles as you will be supporting people in community activities.
- Sponsorship is not available.
Remuneration and Working Hours
- Day shift: £11.75 per hour weekdays and £12.92 weekends.
- Full Time and Part Time work available.
- Overtime: £2.50 per shift.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
- Sleep-ins: £50 per night.
- 30 days holiday when you start.
- General hours: full-time contract is 37.5 hrs per week, part-time options available.
- Working on a rota covering various shifts including weekends, which are essential and rotating. When you work a weekend you will have the time off in the week.
Responsibilities
A support worker’s day is varied and rewarding. The role includes:
- Supporting everyone differently to their individual needs.
- Be actively involved in a range of people’s interests and activities from shopping to crafts, bowling or swimming.
- Provide and encourage personal care such as showers and baths.
