Salary: £12.85 per hour + 10% enhancement for weekends

FitzRoy is launching a brand new Complex Needs Supported Living Service, and we’re looking for Enhanced Support Workers to join us on this exciting journey. Our services support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex trauma, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives in the community.

About the Role

As an Enhanced Support Worker, you’ll provide specialist, person-centred support to people with complex needs who may display behaviours that challenge.

You’ll Be Fully Trained In Areas Such As:

  • Autism, learning disability & mental health awareness
  • Trauma-informed support
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • Forensic risk

And you’ll be supported every step of the way by your manager and mental health practitioner, with regular supervisions and guidance to help you grow.

  • Supporting people with complex needs in a sensitive, person-led way
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver individual support plans
  • Encouraging life skills like cooking, budgeting and travel
  • Supporting hobbies and community participation
  • Administering medication
  • Keeping clear, accurate records of care
  • Promoting safety, dignity and choice
