Salary: £12.35 per hour + 10% weekend enhancement
Contract: Full-time & part-time available
Shifts: Early, late, and weekends (2 in 4 weekends)

FitzRoy\’s Supported Living service in North Walsham supports adults with learning disabilities and autism across two homely bungalows. We\’re on the lookout for Support Workers who share our values and want to make a real difference – could this be you?

This role is community-based, with most support delivered 1:1, helping people enjoy day-to-day life — whether it\’s a visit to the beach, a trip to the café, or simply doing the weekly shop.

?? You\’ll Need:

  • A manual driving licence – essential for using service vehicles to support people in the community

  • A positive, caring attitude and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends

  • No prior experience required – just the right values

?? What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting people to enjoy their interests, hobbies, and community activities

  • Providing personal care and helping with daily routines

  • Empowering people to gain independence and build confidence

  • Administering medication and helping with household tasks

  • Working closely with the team and families to provide consistent, person-centred support
