Are you organised, people-focused, and looking to build a career in internal recruitment with clear progression opportunities? We are looking for a Recruitment Support Apprentice (Level 3 Apprentice) to join our Recruitment and Retention team and support the delivery of high-quality, values-based recruitment across the organisation. This role will initially be completed at Level 3, with the opportunity to progress to a Level 4 recruitment qualification for the right person, based on performance, experience and business need.
About the Role
As an Internal Recruiter Apprentice, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to ensure a smooth, professional and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and the People We Support. With guidance and supervision, you will be involved in:
- Supporting internal recruitment activity across the organisation
- Setting up and administering vacancies on our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Advertising roles across agreed recruitment channels, including job boards and social media
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and selection activities
- Supporting onboarding processes and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and data in line with data protection requirements
- Assisting with standard recruitment reports and data returns
You will also support inclusive, person-centred recruitment, including involving People We Support in selection activity where appropriate.
Apprenticeship & Development
This role includes completion of a Level 3 Recruitment Support Apprentice. You will work 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with 1 dedicated day per week for apprenticeship learning, study and development. For the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to progress to a Level 4 recruitment qualification following successful completion of Level 3 and subject to performance and organisational requirements.

Essential Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths

- A suitable home office setup and reliable internet connection
- Ability to travel occasionally to services or off-site meetings when required
Desirable
- Experience in an administrative, recruitment or customer-facing role
- Awareness of working in a regulated or care-related environment
