FitzRoy is seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead three registered services in Coventry. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism and, in many cases, physical disabilities, empowering each person to live a more independent, fulfilled life. You will be joining a committed, skilled and values-driven team who care deeply about making a real difference every day.

What the role involves:
With the support of your Deputy Manager, you will lead, inspire and develop teams across three services, ensuring each delivers a high-quality, person-centred approach. You'll build strong relationships with the people we support and their families, ensuring individual needs, wishes and aspirations shape the support provided. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple services will be essential.
