Key Responsibilities as Barista in WatchHouse:

  • Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of WatchHouse.
  • Dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision, crafting recipes that reflect the flavours of our beans.
  • Ensure the coffee section is always looking its best—clean, sharp, and organised.
  • Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations.
  • Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from food preparation to team coordination.
