Fitzrovia Talent is seeking an experienced Voice Over Agent to help develop and grow our voice roster across animation, games, commercials and audio-led projects.

We are realistic about the voice-over market. This role is not about starting cold… it’s about bringing knowledge, relationships and credibility into a growing agency that is uniquely positioned within the audio space.

What you’ll be doing

Managing and developing a roster of voice talent

Pitching and submitting talent for animation, games, commercials and audio projects

Building relationships with casting directors, studios, creatives and producers

Negotiating voice-over contracts and usage terms

Advising talent on positioning, reels, strategy and long-term growth

Helping shape Fitzrovia Talent’s voice division with insight and intent

Who this role is for

You are already working as a voice-over agent or talent representative

You understand the realities of the VO market and how hiring decisions are made

You have relationships within casting, production or studio environments

You are strategic, organised and commercially aware

You want to build something credible rather than join a saturated desk
