Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm (occasional evenings for events)

Fitzrovia is expanding its audiobook operation across the UK and US markets and is looking for an Audiobook Production & Sales Executive to help scale high-volume audiobook production through our London studios and international partner network.

Audiobooks are already a core part of our business. This role exists to grow it with intent… commercially, operationally and strategically.

Depending on experience and network reach, this role can be in-studio, hybrid or remote.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and managing relationships with UK and US publishers, producers and rights holders
• Driving audiobook production volume across multiple booths and projects
• Structuring book-by-book and bulk production deals
• Understanding production workflows well enough to sell with confidence and credibility
• Forecasting studio utilisation and helping maximise capacity
• Working closely with freelance producers, engineers and narrators
• Positioning Fitzrovia as a trusted, long-term audiobook production partner

Who this role is for

• You understand audiobook production, not only sales
• You are commercially sharp and think in terms of volume, margin and repeat business
• You have existing relationships or deep familiarity with UK and/or US audiobook markets
• You are comfortable owning outcomes and operating with autonomy
• You can work remotely where appropriate while staying closely connected to the studio
