We’re a small but powerful media company… a known name in production and post-production… and we work daily with celebrity talent, high-profile creatives, and leading brands.
This isn’t your average PA role. We’re looking for that person...the one who’s available, responsive, and who understands this isn’t a 9-to-5 job. You’re the CEO’s right hand, their fixer, and their organiser, personally and professionally.
To find the right person we are open to full time or part time. You may be returning to the workplace or wanting to reduce your work week. You may be full time or something in between. Culture and vibe fit matters to us.
This role requires absolute discretion at all times. You’ll be exposed to sensitive, confidential information and expected to handle it with total trust and integrity.
About the CEO: You’ll be working directly with a fast-moving, high-performing CEO who thrives on momentum, operates at speed, and balances multiple companies and projects at once. They are fiercely driven, creative, and hands-on with clients and talent...but they’re also someone who values loyalty and emotional intelligence above all else.
The CEO lives with ADHD and has a highly focused, fast-moving work style. Some days are all about centre-stage energy, leadership, and driving projects forward at full tilt. Other times, they’ll need to retreat, focus quietly, or manage their mental health behind the scenes. You’ll need to read the room, adjust your approach, and be the steady hand that keeps everything moving...whether they’re fully outward or momentarily stepping back. Whether they need telling to breathe or harnessing at pace.
This is a role for someone who understands the delicate balance of high performance and personal care… and can meet both with calm, confidence, and absolute professionalism.
Your Mission:
- Keep the CEO running… organised, prioritised, and protected from distractions
- Act as first point of contact when required between CEO and everyone else - staff, clients, agents, suppliers, accountants
- Identify events and industry functions the CEO should attend and handle the outreach, RSVPs, and logistics
- Attend awards, events, and functions as an on-duty chaperone...you’re there to assist, manage schedules, and keep the CEO focused on the mission (this is work, not socialising)
- Handle restaurant bookings, downtime planning, and personal lifestyle management with finesse
- Manage personal errands, car management, house management, bookings, and all life admin...big or small
- Hangout with the CEO’s Pomeranian daily (foster parent status required) and handle pet-related errands as needed
- Be across all post, deliveries, and physical correspondence...open, action, and resolve
- Lead first-line meetings on behalf of the CEO...taking detailed notes, reporting back, and actioning next steps
- Attend key internal and external meetings alongside the CEO...or on behalf of,..providing clear, sharp debriefs
- Take full control of the CEO’s diary, inbox, travel, research tasks, and LinkedIn
- Spot gaps, solve problems, and constantly look for ways to make life easier for the CEO and the business
- Liase with the Senior Management Team ensuring lines of communications with the CEO are always available to the SMT
About You:
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail - you never drop a ball
- Emotionally intelligent and discreet - you know when to speak and when to stay silent and act
- Proactive, fast-moving, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease
- Fun, dynamic, and full of personality - while still ultra-professional, grounded, and commercially aware
- Confident in making sound decisions independently when required
- Calming and assuring in the face of chaos
- Tech-savvy - confident with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, calendar management, AI advances and digital tools
- Loyal, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
- Trusted by teams, clients and the CEO
- You thrive in creative, entrepreneurial environments and you know your role isn’t about the spotlight, it’s about making it all run smoothly behind the scenes
- AI, Tech first
- Connector, doer. Entrepreneurial flair. You get the hustle and you see the bigger picture.
This Role Is For You If:
- You get a buzz from making things happen and solving problems others wouldn’t even spot
- You love moving between business and personal projects seamlessly
- You’re drawn to fast-paced, media-led environments but you’re here to work, not chase glamour
- You take pride in being the person who gets it done
