Fitzrovia Talent is seeking an experienced Voice Over Agent to help develop and grow our voice roster across animation, games, commercials and audio-led projects. We are realistic about the voice-over market. This role is not about starting cold; it’s about bringing knowledge, relationships and credibility into a growing agency that is uniquely positioned within the audio space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a roster of voice talent
- Pitching and submitting talent for animation, games, commercials and audio projects
- Building relationships with casting directors, studios, creatives and producers
- Negotiating voice-over contracts and usage terms
- Advising talent on positioning, reels, strategy and long-term growth
- Helping shape Fitzrovia Talent’s voice division with insight and intent
