Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for all peopleârelated matters.
- Provide advice across the full employee lifecycle, from employmentârelation issues to engagement initiatives.
- Own and lead HR projects, partnering with colleagues to deliver compliant, practical solutions.
- Build longâterm client relationships through trusted advice and proactive account management.
- Understand clients' industries and challenges to add real value with tailored recommendations.
- Respond quickly to client queries and raise issues where necessary to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role across multiple sectors.
- Confidence advising on complex people issues and leading projects from start to finish.

- Strong relational skills when working with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent spoken and written communication and attention to detail.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital HR systems.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to clients when required.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or working towards it is desirable.
