The Role

  • Book work into the workshop, plan workloads, and ensure all jobs are prioritised and completed on schedule
  • Coordinate daily activities across the workshop, balancing planned maintenance, urgent repairs, and customer requirements
  • Provide clear direction, support, and leadership to workshop staff
  • Monitor job progress, identify delays, and take action to keep work flowing efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and job updates
  • Support with personnel matters including attendance, performance, and general team management
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping, safety, and professionalism across the workshop
