  • Maintain high standards of quality, and best practice while managing multiple projects and meeting various deadlines.
  • Support the development and ongoing application of the Patient Choice brand identity, ensuring brand guidelines are clearly understood, keeping to the Patient Choice tone of voice.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to support brand development and campaign delivery.
  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets from day-to-day marketing briefs, across traditional and digital channels including paid advertising, organic content, print, campaigns and internal communications.
  • Contribute design expertise to digital products and platforms.
  • Partner with the technology team to develop user-focused visual concepts for new tools, platform enhancements and evolving digital experiences.
  • Translate briefs into accessible, engaging and user-centred design, creating both static and animated assets.

About You:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid and proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, or Midweight Graphic Designer, with a solid portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
  • Proficiency in core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • A genuine interest in AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in designing websites, digital platforms, apps, including wireframes and visual concepts.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, with experience in evolving branding guidelines.
  • Ability to work confidently from marketing briefs while also contributing creative ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, to manage multiple priorities effectively.
