We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Investment Manager to join BNF Capital's investment team. This is a senior investment role responsible for supporting the construction, oversight and ongoing management of a diversified multi‑asset investment portfolio. Working across both public and private markets, you will play a key role in investment execution, portfolio management, strategic asset allocation and governance activities.

This individual will act as a senior point of integration between the Investment Team and Investment Committee. This role combines hands‑on investment responsibility with broader leadership and coordination responsibilities, including mentoring investment professionals, supporting portfolio construction decisions and contributing to strategic investment discussions.

The successful candidate will be comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing investment decisions and working closely with senior stakeholders to support disciplined, long‑term investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Construction: Support the design and ongoing development of portfolio structure across asset classes, sectors and geographies; Monitor portfolio diversification, concentration levels, liquidity and capital deployment; Ensure investments remain aligned to investment objectives, risk parameters and long‑term family goals; Produce portfolio‑level analysis, scenario modelling and investment insights.
  • Investment Execution: Originate, assess and execute investment opportunities across public and private markets; Lead financial analysis, valuation and due diligence activities; Prepare investment papers and recommendations for Investment Committee review; Participate in investment structuring discussions with advisors, counterparties and stakeholders; Monitor existing investments and identify value creation opportunities.
  • Investment Committee & Governance: Support the preparation and delivery of Investment Committee materials; Review and challenge investment recommendations and portfolio analysis; Present investment opportunities, portfolio updates and strategic recommendations; Ensure clear audit trail of decisions and governance frameworks.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee portfolio performance monitoring and reporting activities; Conduct valuation reviews and challenge assumptions where appropriate; Produce high‑quality reporting and commentary for Investment Committee and family stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Coordinate investment activity across the wider investment team; Support the allocation and prioritisation of investment opportunities; Promote consistency in investment analysis, valuation methodologies and decision‑making frameworks.
  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of investment themes, sector focus areas and strategic initiatives; Support discussions regarding portfolio positioning, asset allocation and risk management; Assist with the evaluation of new investment structures and opportunities.

We are looking for an investment professional who:

  • Has significant investment management experience gained within a Family Office, Private Equity, Asset Management, Hedge Fund or broader Investment Management environment.
  • Has experience managing investments across multiple asset classes, including public and private markets.
  • Has strong portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment analysis capabilities.
  • Has proven experience conducting financial analysis, valuation and investment due diligence activities.
  • Has strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge investment opportunities and assumptions constructively.
  • Has experience coordinating investment activity across teams and mentoring or supporting the development of junior investment professionals.
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leadership and external advisors.
  • Thrives in a dynamic investment environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desirable: French and/or Spanish language skills.
