We\’re a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement. Our mission is to redefine fitness and prove that exercise can be fun and for everyone. We believe in a future where exercise is everywhere.

What you’ll do

  • Lead design for the mobile app:Take ownership of design for themobile app experience – FitXR’s companion to our VR offering. Today, it supports users by tracking workouts, surfacing seasonal challenges, and integrating with other applications, but this is just the beginning – we\’re building toward a future where it plays a much bigger role in our users\’ fitness journey.
  • Drive impact through design:You’ll be responsible for the design of metric-moving features, focusing on growing our daily active users by iterating on the mobile app adoption funnel and app itself, to increase retention.
  • Iterate rapidly:You’ll design and deliver at pace, maintaining high standards while embracing fast feedback loops and open collaboration.
  • Leverage the latest technology:You’ll actively use cutting-edge technology – including AI design tools – to accelerate your process and unlock higher-quality outcomes.

You should apply if

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience designing digital products with a focus on consumer facing mobile apps, and especially if you’ve worked with health, wellness or consumer tech!
  • You\’ve used tools like Figma and are also excitedby the potential AI has to make great designers even greater. We provide everyone with a budget to use and experiment with AI tools.
  • You’re comfortable being the primary designer on a team – driving projects forward with confidence, but open to mentorship and guidance from senior colleagues
  • You’re energised by fast-paced environments and are happy to work with evolving documentation and limited structure – this is a team that’s still growing and shaping how we do things
  • Our mission to redefine fitness and prove that exercise can be fun and for everyone resonates with you
  • You’re a fan of fully remote work

You shouldn’t apply if

  • You prefer working in highly structured environments with rigid processes already in place
  • You\’re uncomfortable making decisions in ambiguity or iterating rapidly based on user feedback
  • You expect handoffs over collaboration – we co-create closely with PMs, engineersand researchers
