Fittingly is a fast-growing, innovative manufacturer of bespoke fitted furniture. Using cutting‑edge technology, we empower customers to design their own wardrobes and storage solutions — all crafted at our Fenton (Stoke‑on‑Trent) factory and delivered nationwide. We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Technical Support Advisor to join our expanding technical team. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring a smooth journey from design to installation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering friendly, professional support
  • Building strong relationships through clear communication and exceptional service
  • Guiding customers to take accurate measurements, using spatial awareness to produce clear diagrams
  • Working closely with Sales and Operations to resolve queries around design and order fulfilment

  • Experience handling enquiries, solving problems, and delivering solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly

The details: You’ll be a key part of delivering a seamless, enjoyable experience for every customer. Hours: 9am–5pm across a 7‑day rota (Sundays 10am–4pm), with some evening flexibility required.
