As an ambassador for Fitshop, you will support, resolve and sort all queries for our retail and e-commerce customers, while managing internal relationships.
A passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a distinct advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and web-chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Maintain accurate records using multiple computer systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience managing customer complaints.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency with computer systems.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is an advantage.
