Do you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy resolving customer complaints? Are you an excellent communicator who can build relationships? As an ambassador for Fitshop, you will support, resolve and sort all queries for our retail and e-commerce customers, while managing internal relationships. A passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a distinct advantage but not essential.

- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and web-chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Maintain accurate records using multiple computer systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience managing customer complaints.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency with computer systems.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is an advantage.
