Fitshop UK is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor in Glasgow to support the manager in achieving targets, delivering great customer service and supporting the day to day running of the store. We believe it is important to provide quality support for our Customers. We need our Retail Sales team to be confident, polite and personable individuals with outstanding communication skills to provide a first class Customer journey in store (and on the telephone when appropriate).
What you will do:
- Support the store manager and assistant manager to replenish stock, visual merchandising and ensuring stock remains clean and well presented.
- When trained, comply with cash handling requirements and cash reconciliation and banking procedures.
- Support by bringing ideas and implementing footfall driving activities such as demonstrations, price promotions and any other marketing activity.
- Maintain a safe environment on the shop floor for the team and customers.
- When trained, be a key holder for the store and adhere to security and safety requirements.
- Continuous personal improvement; constantly striving to grow and develop self and team; deliver and support with any relevant training, preparation of manuals etc.
