Retail Sales Advisor (F/T 37.5) in Glasgow

At Fitshop, we have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor based at our Glasgow store.
We believe it is important to provide quality support forour Customers. We need our Retail Sales team to be confident, polite and personable individuals with outstanding communication skills to providea first class Customer journey in store (and on the telephone whenappropriate).

• Work with the store managerand assistant manager to replenish stock, visual merchandising andensuring stock remains clean and well presented
• Supportby bringing ideas and implementing footfall driving activities such asdemonstrations, price promotions and any other marketing activity
• Maintain a safe environment on the shop floor for the team and customers
• When trained, be a key holder for the store and adhere to security and safety requirements
• Continuouspersonal improvement; constantly striving to grow and develop self andteam; deliver and support with any relevant training, preparation ofmanuals etc.
