The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We believe it is important to provide quality support for our Customers. We need our Customer Care team to be confident, polite and personable individuals, with outstanding communication skills to provide a first-class Customer journey through a variety of communication channels.
As an ambassador for Fitshop, you will support and resolve all queries for our retail and e-commerce customers whilst supporting and managing internal relationships. A passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a distinct advantage but not essential for this role.

- Processing orders from online, retail and direct sales channels
- Responsible for ensuring the order information is accurate before processing and passing to the warehouse team
- Processing orders within a time sensitive manner
- Placing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Processing order amendments and cancellations
- Allocating stock to orders
- Keeping customers updated with their order status
In addition to the support from a great team, you will connect with the retail stores, the warehouse team, sales team and purchasing.
You will need:- To maintain a calm, confident and enthusiastic manner
- 1+ Years in order processing / administration type role
- First class attention to detail
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- To be comfortable using office packages, email, online telephone systems and PC based back office systems
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and on own initiative
- Must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Above all else, you will need to be a great communicator who puts our customers at the centre of everything we do.
