We’re a fast-growing marketing agency specialising in the fitness industry, proudly ranked as the 3rd leading gym marketing agency in the UK. We help over 80+ gyms across the UK generate leads and grow their memberships and we’ve recently launched a sister company working with local service-based businesses across South Wales (plumbers, salons, trades, and more) to help them win more clients through digital marketing.
You’ll be responsible for finding and building relationships with new clients, booking qualified sales appointments, and helping the agency grow both our gym and local business divisions. This is an onsite role in our Cardiff office perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research and identify potential new clients (independent gyms across the UK and service-based businesses in South Wales)
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our services
- Book qualified sales appointments for our Sales Lead
- Maintain and manage your pipeline in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion
- Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to use social media and campaigns to drive new leads
- Contribute to our overall sales and marketing strategy with fresh ideas and feedback
What We’re Looking For:
