Senior Executive Leadership Coach

Full-Time On-site

This is a senior executive-coaching role for a trusted professional who can support CEOs, Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders as they navigate complex business priorities, organisational change, stakeholder expectations, and leadership-performance challenges.

FitPoint Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Executive Leadership Coach on behalf of a client.

Why This Role Matters

Senior leaders need more than generic development support. They need a credible thinking partner who can help them sharpen strategy, communicate with influence, lead through change, strengthen team performance, and convert high-level priorities into practical action.

In this role, you will combine executive coaching with leadership development, organisational-development insight, and a consultative approach to help senior leaders improve how they lead, decide, communicate, and deliver results. Your work may sit at the intersection of executive development, management consulting, people strategy, and human-resources-led leadership initiatives.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do

  • Deliver confidential, one-to-one executive coaching for CEOs, Vice Presidents, and other approved senior leaders.
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand each leader’s business environment, strategic priorities, stakeholder landscape, leadership style, and development goals.
  • Create tailored coaching plans that translate broad leadership challenges into clear goals, practical actions, accountability commitments, and measurable progress indicators.
  • Coach senior leaders in areas such as business strategy, strategic planning, executive communication, stakeholder management, performance management, and change management.
  • Help leaders strengthen their ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence across functions, manage high-stakes relationships, and lead teams through organisational change.
  • Apply sound organisational-development and people-strategy judgement when supporting leadership effectiveness, talent challenges, team dynamics, succession-related conversations, and organisational performance.
  • Build trusted, professional relationships with senior stakeholders while maintaining appropriate confidentiality, ethical boundaries, and discretion.
  • Maintain suitable engagement records and track progress in line with approved coaching, privacy, and client-management practices.
  • Provide authorised stakeholders with non-confidential, programme-level insight on engagement progress and themes, without compromising individual coaching confidentiality.
  • Where this is a genuine part of the engagement, contribute to consultative business-development activity through needs discovery, relationship management, proposal input, and clearly scoped advisory recommendations.

What Success Looks Like

Success will be reflected in leaders who demonstrate stronger strategic clarity, more effective executive communication, improved stakeholder relationships, and greater confidence leading through complexity and change.

You will deliver coaching engagements that are well scoped, practical, confidential, and aligned with agreed leadership and business outcomes. You will also help create a high-quality client experience through responsive, thoughtful, and commercially aware advisory support.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organisational development, management consulting, human resources, talent management, people strategy, or another senior advisory discipline.

We are particularly interested in professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Experience coaching, advising, or facilitating development for executives, founders, functional leaders, or senior leadership teams.
  • Strong executive presence, active listening, questioning, facilitation, relationship-building, and written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to connect leadership behaviour with business strategy, organisational performance, stakeholder outcomes, and practical execution.
  • Experience helping leaders manage change, improve team performance, address complex stakeholder dynamics, or navigate high-accountability decisions.
  • Professional judgement and maturity when handling confidential or sensitive leadership matters.
  • A consultative mindset: the ability to diagnose needs, frame meaningful development priorities, and recommend practical, appropriately scoped next steps.

Relevant experience from professional training and coaching, management consulting, human resources services, or comparable environments would be especially valuable. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Why Consider This Opportunity

This is an opportunity to bring your executive-coaching and advisory expertise into high-value conversations with senior decision-makers. You will help leaders address real organisational and business challenges while applying your strengths in leadership development, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement.

The role is suited to a professional who values trusted client relationships, meaningful leadership impact, practical outcomes, and the discretion required in senior-level coaching work.

FitPoint Talent and its client consider applicants based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and business needs, without regard to protected characteristics under applicable federal, state, or local law. Reasonable accommodation is available during the recruitment process where required.
