Fit Point Talent, representing a Home Care organisation, seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of care and deliver real impact to individuals and communities.

This role is ideal for experienced directors, VPs, and senior managers (10+ years' experience) from home care, professional services, consulting, corporate operations, or technology backgrounds.

  • The Impact You Will Have
  • Partner with the Home care team in the UK to develop our strategy, becoming a necessary part and a trusted advisor to the UK Home Care organisation team.
  • Help run the UK business, own important processes like business reviews and planning, and establish and shape the way we work, through running the operational rhythm of business metrics.
  • Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered).
  • Drive the business forward by executing initiatives to accelerate growth and land programs to scale.
  • Identify opportunities to refine existing processes, and help guide up the effectiveness of the team.
  • Partner with other supporting functions - including HQ Planning, Sales Operations - to run joint reviews and planning.
  • What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered).
  • Experience as a senior executive within a multi-site or multi Business Unit head-office team, in a highly entrepreneurial environment or in operating and supporting franchises would be highly valued.
  • Strong track record in sales and operational management.
  • Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
  • Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
  • Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and synthesise into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
