My client is a well-established international organisation seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation’s strategic direction, business performance, and long-term growth. What We’re Looking For

• 15 or more years of leadership experience, including prior executive-level roles
• Proven track record of scaling a company or business unit
• Strong business acumen across product, technology, and go-to-market functions
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and board management
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership skills

Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable

• Prior experience as a CEO or founder
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Background in SaaS, AI, machine learning, or technology-driven companies
• MBA or advanced business or technical degree
• Equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered
