Join us as a Multi‐Site Sales Advisor covering our stores in Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester and Northampton, as well as pop‐up shops and trade shows. With a base salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme (up to £500 per month) and a range of benefits, this role offers both flexibility and reward. You may be asked to cover other sites across England and to travel to meet customers. The position is entry level in a recruiting contract and the company is a leading fitness equipment specialist founded in 1994.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an unsurpassed in‐store experience for customers across multiple sites.
  • Sell high‐quality fitness equipment face‐to‐face, over the phone and via live chat.
  • Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations.
  • Provide accurate product information and demonstrate items when necessary.
  • Work a full 40‐hour week, including a rota that may cover some bank holidays and weekends; be prepared to travel within the UK as required.

Qualifications

  • A confident, proactive approach with strong communication skills.
  • Sales experience preferred, particularly in a retail or mobile sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross‐sell, guiding the sales process from welcome to purchase.
  • Strong numeracy, motivation to meet targets and earn generous bonuses each month.
  • A passion for the customer experience and a positive attitude.
