Join us as a Sales Advisor at our Gloucester store earning a base salary of £29,000 per annum plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one – with typical earnings of up to £300 per month.

What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor:

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
  • Sell premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone and via Live Chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right products to help them achieve their goals.
  • Demonstrate equipment and apps confidently and accurately.
  • Work one weekend in two, plus alternate bank holidays – giving you regular time for family and friends.

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident, proactive attitude.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong ability to upsell, cross-sell and guide customers through the full buying journey.
  • Motivated by achieving targets and earning monthly bonuses.
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Good numeracy and communication skills.
