Multi-Site Sales Advisor in Gateshead

We cover primarily our stores in Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton, with occasional coverage elsewhere. The base salary is £28,000 per year, plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme that can yield up to £500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide an unsurpassed in‑store experience for our customers.
• Sell high‑quality fitness equipment face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via Live Chat.
• Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed recommendations.
• Provide accurate product information and demonstrate products when necessary.
• Work 40 hours per week (5 days) with a rota advised monthly; may be required to cover Bank Holidays and some weekends.
• Travel across the UK for sales visits (ideally experienced).

Qualifications

• Confident, proactive approach
• Experience in sales (preferable)
• Skill in upselling and cross‑selling throughout the sales process
• Motivation to meet monthly targets and earn generous bonuses
• Passion for customer experience
• Good numeracy and communication skills
