What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional in-store experience and helping customers choose the right fitness equipment for their goals. You will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via Live Chat
  • Sell premium fitness equipment by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Demonstrate equipment and explain product features and apps confidently
  • Work 30 hours per week: Thursday – Sunday, including Bank Holidays (overtime available)

  • A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills
  • The ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales
  • Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
