Join us as a Sales Advisor at our North London store earning an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one where you could expect to earn up to £350 per month.
We are offering the Sales Advisor:
- Bonus

- 28 hours per week - but get paid for 30! Enjoy a full paid 30-minute lunch break each day.
- 21 days per annum paid holiday pro-rata for part time

We are looking for a Sales Advisor at Fitness Superstore, who will:
- Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers
- Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone and Live Chat
- Achieve sales targets by analysing the needs of the customer and making informed product recommendations
- Provide all necessary information about our products and apps to the customer, demonstrating whenever necessary
Work regular days of:
- Thursday - 09:30 - 18:00
- Friday - 09:30 - 18:00
- Saturday - 09:00 - 17:00
- Sunday - 11:00 - 16:00
To include every Bank Holiday. Overtime available to cover staff holidays and sickness.
The successful Sales Advisor will have:
- A confident, proactive approach
- Some sales experience would be preferable
- The ability to upsell and cross-sell, driving the sales process from the initial welcome to product testing, to purchase
- The motivation to hit your targets and earn generous bonuses month after month
- A good level of numeracy and excellent communication skills
