About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our prestigious Basingstoke Club. This key role involves representing the Fitness First Brand and requires a highly motivated sales individual with excellent leadership skills, capable of achieving all in-club sales targets. You will…
- Act as a positive example for all club staff, embodying operational excellence.
- Assist in the club\’s \’guest experience journey\’ by touring booked appointments and walk-ins, converting them into members, and accurately capturing data for all prospects.
- Promote excellent FFX performance and other signature Fitness First products.
- Collaborate with support functions to achieve the club\’s sales targets.
- Coordinate outreach activities to promote the club and identify improvement areas.
- Stay updated on membership fees and promotions, conveying this information to members.
- Maintain high sales integrity, welcoming prospects and members warmly and informing them about terms, conditions, and offers.
- Build and maintain corporate relationships through events and quality engagement.
- Retain existing members by providing exceptional experiences.
- Address feedback per Fitness First\’s complaints policy.
- Support team members and engage positively with members on the gym floor.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the general manager.
