We are on the search for an experienced Sales person to be part of a brilliant team at our prestigious Hammersmith Club. This is a key role in representing the Fitness First Brand, requiring a highly motivated sales individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, with the ability to achieve all in-club related sales. You will...
- Act as a positive example for all club staff, embodying operational excellence.
- Assist in the club's 'guest experience journey', including touring booked appointments and walk-ins, converting them into members, and ensuring accurate data capture for all prospects.
- Promote excellent FFX performance and other signature Fitness First products.
- Collaborate with support functions to achieve the club's sales targets.
- Coordinate outreach activities to promote the club and identify improvements.
- Stay updated on membership fees and promotions, conveying this to members.
- Maintain high sales integrity, ensuring prospects and members are well-informed about terms and offers.
- Build and maintain corporate relationships through events and quality interactions.
- Retain members by providing exceptional experiences.
- Address feedback as per policies.
- Support team members, including engaging positively on the gym floor.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the general manager.
