At Fitness First, you will be employed part-time for 10 hours a week as a Fitness Experience team member. Separately, and outside of your employed hours, you will have the opportunity to run a self-employed Personal Training business.

Our exclusive online payment and booking system allows PTs to sell physical or virtual sessions directly to members and receive instant payments. We recognize the importance of a strong Personal Training business to serve our members, and we’ve invested in tools to help trainers succeed.
The self-employed PT model offers vast earning potential. Working in a fast-paced, exciting, and inspiring environment makes being a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer at Fitness First one of the best opportunities in the industry.
We aim to support our Personal Trainers regardless of their experience level.
WHY OPERATE IN FITNESS FIRST?
