What you\’ll be doing….
- Conducting high quality Group Exercise Classes Upholding brand standards creating a safe invigorating environment. Driving regular attendance to achieve performance standards Creating fun and inspirational classes for all fitness levels Upsell other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First
- Keeping yourself accountable and up to date with current fitness trends.
What are we looking for…
Level 2 Exercise to music/ Level 2 Fitness Instructor (compulsory) Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable) Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable) Minimum 1 year of teaching (Full time/Part Time) Approachable, friendly, and engaging personalities. Adaptable, creative and positively proactive. Continuous development and knowledge in the fitness industry.
