We are on the search for a Fitness Manager to support and inspire our members through their fitness journey. The role will act as an ambassador for our studio and gym floor products, with a key strength being the ability to bring our gym floor equipment to life. Our team is vital to our success. We focus on what sets us apart as a brand and ensure we have the expertise to celebrate our fitness products and deliver an exceptional experience. Our members are at the heart of everything we do. You will be passionate about increasing member engagement with our fitness products and will set a great example through the standard of group exercise classes you deliver.

Key tasks:

  • Accountable for recruitment of and revenue from Personal Trainers, managing a group exercise budget.
  • Deliver an exceptional gym floor experience, bringing our gym equipment to life, supported by your expertise.
  • Teach FF studio and gym floor signature products, guiding and assisting members with all fitness products.
  • Coach and develop the Fitness Experience team across all areas of fitness and products.
  • Ensure the team stays updated with industry developments and promotes an active, healthy lifestyle.
  • Own in-club products and the FFX App execution.

About You

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification or working towards it.
  • Ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor.
  • Mentor, motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Performance management skills to ensure team standards.
  • Target and deadline-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
