Responsibilities
- Conducting high quality Group Exercise Classes
- Upholding brand standards creating a safe invigorating environment
- Driving regular attendance to achieve performance standards
- Creating fun and inspirational classes for all fitness levels
- Upsell other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First
- Keeping yourself accountable and up to date with current fitness trends.
Qualifications
- Level 2 Exercise to music/ Level 2 Fitness Instructor (compulsory)
- Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable)
- Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching (Full time/Part Time)
- Approachable, friendly, and engaging personalities.
- Adaptable, creative and positively proactive.
- Continuous development and knowledge in the fitness industry.
