As a Fitness Experience Team Member, you will play a vital role in assisting our guests and members on their fitness journey. You’ll be more than just a fitness instructor; you’ll be an ambassador of our brand, embodying our values and helping create a welcoming, motivating environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Fitness Classes: Teach and represent our signature FF Fitness classes, providing expert guidance and motivation to participants both in the studio and on the gym floor.
  • Enhance Member Experience: Engage with guests and members, promoting a culture of open conversation and connection. You’ll be integral in ensuring every visit is exceptional.
  • Member Retention: Take a proactive role in retaining members, fostering strong relationships, and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure that gym and studio areas, as well as equipment, are always clean, safe, and functional.
  • Multifunctional Teamwork: Participate in guest tours, sales, and member interactions on the gym floor. Support team members with holiday cover, duty responsibilities, and more.
  • Key Holder Responsibilities: Conscientiously manage opening and closing duties as per the club rota, following all procedures.
  • Outreach & Promotion: Conduct reach-out sessions in public areas to promote the FF brand and increase club membership, ensuring all activities align with our values.
