About The Role
Our contact centre is growing and has a fantastic opportunity for Member Services Advisors to join the existing multi-skilled team. We focus on delivering an exceptional service to our members & clubs through multiple communication channels largely digitally based, within a customer centric working environment.
Within this role you will be responding to queries, feedback, and complaints, and using your exceptional customer service skills to help our members achieve their goals and continue their memberships.
About You
We are looking for a motivated & versatile individual able to take ownership of their role, working with fantastic attention to detail, a willingness to listen, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Become part of this friendly and supportive team, whilst building strong working relationships with all other departments across the business.
