About The Role

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting high quality Group Exercise Classes
  • Upholding brand standards creating a safe invigorating environment
  • Driving regular attendance to achieve performance standards
  • Creating fun and inspirational classes for all fitness levels
  • Upselling other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First
  • Keeping yourself accountable and up to date with current fitness trends

About You

What are we looking for:

  • Level 2 Exercise to music/ Level 2 Fitness Instructor (compulsory)
  • Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable)
  • Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching (Full time/Part Time)
  • Approachable, friendly, and engaging personalities
  • Adaptable, creative and positively proactive
  • Continuous development and knowledge in the fitness industry
