The Opportunity

This is a role that blends people leadership with performance. You'll coach, mentor, and motivate your team to hit sales and retention targets while setting the tone for an exceptional member experience from the moment someone walks through the doors. You'll lead from the front, welcoming new members into the club, supporting existing members on their journey, and creating an environment where people feel energised, supported and excited to return. Through strong leadership, clear direction and a passion for helping people succeed, you'll build a confident, high-performing team that turns conversations into memberships and first visits into long-term fitness journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targets
  • Drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategies
  • Oversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member service
  • Monitor performance, set goals, and provide training to ensure consistent team success
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support Consultants
  • Collaborate with club and regional leaders to deliver membership growth initiatives

About You

  • Proven background in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer retention strategies
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or motivating a team to achieve goals
  • Confident using business systems and reporting tools
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (WWCC may be required depending on state)
