- Make follow-up calls to past guests, trial pass users, referrals, and previous members.
- Set daily appointments with prospects through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
- Maximise every opportunity, upsell family add-ons, promote premium services, and turn casual conversations into committed members.
- Get referrals from new members by creating excitement and delivering great first impressions.
- Support the front desk with check-ins, guest passes, and basic service needs.
