Online Fitness Coach (Part-Time to Full-Time) – FitLab Coaching

Compensation: OTE £2,000–£4,000/month once fully onboarded

Start Date: Immediate

Commitment: Part-time to start, with the opportunity to move to full-time within a few months

The Role

We’re hiring a passionate and experienced coach to join our elite team. You\’ll be responsible for supporting a roster of clients, delivering exceptional 1:1 coaching, and helping drive life-changing results using our proven systems.

You’ll work remotely and handle client onboarding, check-ins, accountability, and ongoing communication. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes the fitness lifestyle and is hungry to grow within a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Proven experience in fitness coaching (online or in-person)
• ✅ Deep understanding of training, nutrition, and behaviour change
• ✅ A strong personal commitment to health and fitness
• ✅ Excellent communication skills and client rapport
• ✅ Growth mindset with a hunger to develop your skills and income
• ✅ Tech-savvy and organised (we use TrueCoach, WhatsApp, Loom, etc.)
• ✅ Available to commit part-time now, with the goal of moving full-time
