We have an exciting opportunity to support our Photography Team and offer the chance to learn in the dynamic and creative environment of our in-house photography studio and creative department. You’ll gain invaluable exposure to FitFlop Photography activity and be part of a busy, dynamic and passionate team. This is a great introduction to how a brand works and dealing with different people and the demands within a team, learning about our global business along the way and building fantastic insight and experience to develop your career in a busy retail environment.
The Responsibilities:
- Excellent sample management and organisation – knowing where any product sample would be in our storeroom and to be able to grab quickly for any last‑minute photo shoots.
- Keeping all samples associated with The Photography Department, tracked, neat and organised.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Product team.
- Tracking photo samples with the international factories and reporting on their progress.
- Ensure all image files are saved and named correctly, and that Photography server is well maintained and easy to navigate.
- Work with the photographer to ensure shoes are ready for shoots.
- Keep the studio tidy and well organised.
- Using internal CMS such as BOX, Smartsheet’s, Asset Bank, Amplience (training provided) to report on photography status, organising and filing images and then publishing images to the website.
- Liaising with relevant marketing, studio, trade and product teams to keep up to date with all imagery.
- Support the Production and Social teams with shoot production tasks.
- Releasing all product images from PSDs to TIFFs, JPEGs and PNGs and ensure that all relevant digital files are uploaded to Box, Sharepoint, Asset Bank, Amplience.
- Providing support to all stakeholders, locating and sourcing images when required.
- Work with the Trade team to gather and deliver seasonal wholesale image requirements.
- Own the sample management of the Range Books.
The Person:
- You’ll be SUPER organised and someone who loves a to‑do list and a spreadsheet!
- Loves shoes! This role involves organising and tracking many samples.
- A keen interest in photography.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop and Bridge.
- Excellent multi‑tasking skills.
- Confident and calm with a can‑do attitude.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Energetic, organised, resourceful and unflappable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interested in AI.
