We’re a fast-moving, ambitious and growing organisation with employees based across the UK, US, Germany, and Asia.

Our Global Finance Team is based in the UK with a smaller team in our US Office.

We’re looking for a Systems Accountant with a specialisation in Net Suite and Power BI to join our team.

You’ve be analytical and proactive, able to think outside the box to support the business in delivering our strategic objectives.

You’ll have fantastic communication and influencing skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, exciting and growing environment.

The Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated financial reporting ( across both financial control and commercial finance ) across Net Suite and Power BI, targeting live reports with no manual intervention where possible.
  • Enable variance analysis visuals through optimizing Power BI.
  • Ensure not only current data is pulling correctly but that historical data comparisons and budget/forecasts are available and used where relevant in reporting.
  • Create relevant and accurate Dashboards for the various users across the financial organization ( CFO, Director, Heads of, Managers, Analysts ) to facilitate decision making and alerts for required actions.
  • Review and validate Chart of Accounts, customer and supplier mappings and product mappings to ensure that inputs will allow for the best in class reporting output.

Demand Planning, PIM and PLM.

  • Ad hoc deliverables as needed from the CFO, GFC and Director of Commercial Finance.

The Person

  • Accounting knowledge and experience to adequately understand and interpret data and create accurate, complete and timely reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must have and you’ll be someone who is motivated by this.
  • Experience in Net Suite implementation and Power BI are essential.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities, you’ll be a great communicator, able to collaborate cross-functionally and within all levels.
  • Proactive, curious and focused, you’ll want to make an impact and will ask questions, pull information and bring the right people along with you.
  • Flexible, happy working in a fast paced and changing environment (not much will faze you!).
