As our Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager, you will lead FitFlop's customer acquisition strategy, helping drive profitable growth across the UK, US and European markets. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering growth across paid, organic and partnership channels, leading a high-performing team and working closely with agency and technology partners to maximise performance and identify new opportunities. You will balance long-term growth planning with day-to-day performance leadership, ensuring we continue to acquire high-quality customers efficiently while building the capabilities needed for future growth. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, developing people and making smart commercial decisions. We're looking for someone who is curious about what's next. Someone who keeps a close eye on how customers discover and engage with brands, enjoys testing new ideas, and can help us spot opportunities early. Whether that's changes in search, new technologies, evolving partnerships or emerging channels, you'll play an important role in helping shape the future of customer acquisition at FitFlop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Strategy & Growth
- Own FitFlop's customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels.
- Deliver profitable growth against acquisition, revenue and customer targets.
- Lead investment decisions, forecasting and budget allocation across markets and channels.
- Identify opportunities to drive growth through new channels, technologies, partnerships and customer behaviours.
- Ensure acquisition activity supports wider business, customer and brand objectives.
- Agency & Partner Leadership
- Lead relationships with agency, affiliate, creator and technology partners, ensuring strong performance, innovation and accountability.
- Challenge and support partners to continuously improve results and identify new opportunities.
- Build effective ways of working and clear performance expectations across all external partners.
- Search & Discovery
- Lead the development of FitFlop's organic growth strategy across search and emerging discovery platforms.
- Work with content, PR and brand teams to improve visibility, authority and discoverability.
- Oversee technical SEO, content performance and organic growth initiatives delivered through agency partners.
- Ensure FitFlop remains visible and competitive as search and discovery behaviours evolve.
- International Growth
- Support growth across the UK, US and European markets.
- Partner with ecommerce, CRM, wholesale and brand teams to identify opportunities in priority markets, particularly Germany.
- Help shape market-specific acquisition strategies and localisation plans.
- Measurement, Technology & Performance
- Own acquisition forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
- Drive effective use of attribution, incrementality testing and marketing effectiveness frameworks.
- Partner with Finance and senior stakeholders to support investment decisions.
- Lead acquisition requirements across marketing technology, measurement and key digital transformation projects.
- Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing acquisition team.
- Create clear ownership, accountability and development plans across the function.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, testing and continuous improvement.
- Build future capability across growth, partnerships, measurement and search & discovery.
The Person:
- Significant experience in digital acquisition, growth marketing or performance marketing within ecommerce, retail, fashion, footwear or consumer brands.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience managing significant marketing investment.
- Experience leading agency and external partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of acquisition measurement, attribution and marketing effectiveness.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on trouble shooting.
- Proven experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious about how customer acquisition is evolving and able to translate new opportunities into practical business outcomes.
