The Wholesale Junior Demand Planner supports the team to ensures the right volume of stock is bought to fulfill Wholesale order book and replen potential.

This position takes ownership of the Fitflop Value range.

Our Demand Planning team work closely with our Commercial, Product Merchandising, Finance and Supply Planning teams through Range Reviews, Buying meetings, QBR and End of season reviews.

You’ll have strong analytical and Excel skills, the ability to recognise patterns in large data sets and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and support junior members of the Planning team.

The Responsibilities

Buying

  • Keeping track of seasonal order book from all Wholesale accounts and ensure full demand potential can be met for the Value channel.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Services team, highlighting any conflicts between order book and supply potential.
  • Support with updating the MSSI and the OTB.
  • Ownership of line cards and sizing analysis.
  • Ensuring accurate buys for the Value channels are delivered to the Supply team on time.
  • Supporting the Demand Planner with an in season requests and admin work.

End of Season Analysis

  • Supports the Demand Planner with building in depth end of season analysis to present back to Product Merchandising teams.
  • Isolate clear actions for the Value range that can be used to form future seasonal plans.
  • Gain clarity on Customer preferences and trends.

Range Review

  • Converting the Commercial finance targets into clear Seasonal option plans by Silhouette (Value Channel)
  • Collaborating on ASP, margin and phasing considerations with the Commercial Finance manager.
  • Support the Planning managers decision making on range selection.

The Person

  • Experience in Merchandising or Planning within the fashion or the footwear industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of Wholesale channels.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Tableau or Power Bi would be advantageous
