Email is one of our most powerful revenue channels, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious CRM Assistant to help drive performance across email and SMS. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, you will support the planning, building and optimisation of campaigns that engage our existing customers, hit commercial targets, and strengthen long‐term loyalty. You will gain hands‐on experience across campaign execution, segmentation, testing and performance analysis, learning how to balance creativity with commercial results. We are looking for someone analytical, detail‐oriented and eager to develop their channel expertise, with a strong instinct for what makes compelling, on‐brand communication. Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with creative, trading and digital teams to deliver engaging campaigns that convert.
The Responsibilities
- Assist the Email Marketing Manager in planning and briefing email and SMS campaigns.
- Generate on‐brand copy for email and SMS campaigns using AI tools.
- Build complete email campaigns (HTML, links, dynamic content, audience, scenario etc.) using Bloomreach ESP/CDP and deploy.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of campaigns/database for insight building and channel optimisation.
- Work with email service provider to ensure best practice is being followed.
- Assist Email Marketing Manager on channel projects.
- Stay abreast of competitor email activity and industry enhancements to ensure FitFlop are at the forefront of email marketing and new technologies.
The Person
- Recent graduate with/or someone with 1 year + experience of email marketing within fashion retail or the footwear industry.
- Must be detail‐oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills.
- Highly analytical with good excel reporting skills and strong ability in writing clear and informed insights.
- Must be able to craft precise AI prompts that generate accurate, on‐brand copy, and confidently refine outputs to ensure they align with brand tone of voice.
- Experience using an ESP essential, CDP preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML principles.
- Good understanding of email marketing best practice.
- Experience of working within a fast‐paced environment, and adhering to competing deadlines and priorities.
- Hard working, self‐motivated, calm under pressure and enjoys working within a team to deliver business growth.
