The Amazon US Manager will be responsible for launching, operating, and scaling FitFlop’s Amazon US 3P business. This is a new and strategically important role for FitFlop, marking our first direct 3P entry into Amazon US. While the move to 3P represents a strategic shift for the business, the role itself is execution-led and operationally focused. You will build and run the Amazon business end-to-end, with direct ownership of day-to-day trading, performance management, and operational delivery. The role combines hands-on marketplace ownership with cross-functional leadership. You will be accountable for setting up the Amazon US operation from the ground up and delivering a successful, on-brand, and profitable launch. You will be supported by specialist teams in merchandise planning and digital marketing, while retaining direct responsibility for Amazon execution. This role owns the Amazon US P&L, covering operational performance, brand execution, and long-term growth.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of FitFlop’s Amazon US 3P business, including Seller Central configuration, Brand Registry, catalogue setup, FBA/FBM execution, and operational readiness.
- Own day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, ensuring listings are live, compliant, optimised, and buyable.
- Establish clear, scalable operating principles across Amazon and selected US marketplace partners.
- Own the Amazon US commercial plan and P&L, including revenue, margin, fees, media investment, and inventory productivity.
- Ensure Amazon US is aligned with FitFlop’s brand positioning, segmentation strategy, and global guidelines.
- Manage pricing architecture, promotions, and marketplace governance to protect brand equity and contribution margin.
- Monitor and address unauthorised sellers, legacy wholesale leakage, and listing issues using Brand Registry and Amazon escalation tools.
- Partner closely with Wholesale and Ecommerce teams to manage channel conflict and support a joined-up US go-to-market approach.
- Manage Amazon advertising performance (PPC, DSP, retail media) with a focus on ROAS, TACoS, and contribution margin.
- Work closely with Global Marketing and Ecommerce to align campaigns, launches, and key trading moments.
- Ensure media investment is aligned with stock availability, product lifecycle, and commercial objectives.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations on demand forecasting, inventory flow, and replenishment.
- Optimise FBA vs FBM execution to balance availability, speed, cost, returns, and margin.
- Actively manage stock health, stranded inventory, aged stock risk, and in-stock performance.
- Act as the single point of accountability for Amazon US across Commercial, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
- Translate marketplace performance into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage agencies and external partners supporting Amazon and marketplace execution, with clear KPIs and accountability.
Key Success Measures:
- Amazon US Net Sales and Contribution Margin
- Successful Amazon US launch and operational stability
- Buy Box performance, Prime-eligible availability, and in-stock rates
- Media efficiency (ROAS, TACoS)
- Inventory health, availability, and turns

Experience working with US marketplace partners is beneficial. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. A practical, hands-on mindset and comfort working directly in Seller Central. Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
