FitFlop is seeking a Global Reward & Payroll Manager to deliver payroll, reward and benefit operations across our global business. You will oversee payroll across multiple countries, own the cycle end-to-end and ensure data accuracy, controls and timely reporting, supporting a diverse employee base.
You'll be the IRIS Cascade Superuser, lead configuration and continuous improvement, and mentor the People & Reward Administrator while partnering with Finance and IT to optimise systems, processes
