We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Content Manager to join our Global Digital Team. This new role will drive and deliver AI-driven content (LLM) & search optimization, the SEO content strategy, blog development and digital PR to raise our brand visibility and digital presence. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with the Brand PR and creator content leads as well as the Onsite Content Team & Digital Delivery to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation: Manage SEO strategy and execution from the Hybris to Shopify platform migration, ensuring traffic, rankings, and revenue are protected throughout the transition. Partner cross-functionally to define and implement SEO-friendly Shopify architecture, including URLs, templates, redirects, and indexation. Establish migration KPIs and monitoring, identify and mitigate SEO risks, and guide post-launch optimization to restore and grow organic performance.
- SEO Content and Onsite Blog Management: Develop and deliver the SEO-driven content strategy to improve organic search performance. Own and execute on-site SEO strategy for product and category pages, optimizing meta titles, descriptions, and H1s to drive organic performance. Lead the planning, creation, optimisation, and publication of blog content aligned with brand goals. Conduct keyword research and implement best practices to enhance site visibility. Analyse content performance and continuously optimise for engagement and rankings. Lead and manage the external SEO agency, collaborating on strategy, execution, and performance reporting to drive organic growth.
- LLM Content Strategy and Optimisation: Own the strategy and execution for LLM content optimization, setting priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across AI search and retrieval experiences. Manage and develop onsite creator content production optimized for LLM ingestion, grounding, and citation. Establish scalable content frameworks, standards, and workflows that improve LLM discoverability, accuracy, and consistency. Act as the subject-matter owner for AI/LLM content strategy, influencing roadmap decisions and representing content in technical forums.
- Digital PR: Manage agency partner to create strategic outreach plans grounded in driving SEO value for key categories. Align with the Brand PR Manager to amplify wider brand campaigns through digital PR strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Onsite Content Team to ensure consistent storytelling across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate, PR, and influencer efforts for holistic campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, affiliate performance, and digital PR impact. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques. Oversee and manage the affiliate and digital PR budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact investments.
The Person
- Experience in digital marketing; PR and SEO content, preferably within the retail, e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
- Hands-on manager who balances strategic oversight with active execution of SEO tasks, ensuring ideas translate into measurable results.
- Ability to successfully use a range of Gen-AI tools in the creation of onsite copy; confidence prompting and editing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project streams, stakeholders and agency partners.
- Proven record in leading affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns across a range of platforms / partners.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, project management, and organisational skills to get things done at pace.
